Fishpool's December Dish & Drink
For our Drink of the Month we've aptly chosen a festive, fruity, cocktail called Frosty Night.
Consisting of Bombay Gin, Cointreau, half a fresh lemon and half a lime over crushed ice with mint leaves, icing sugar and two glazed cherries for garnish.
It may be called Frosty but it'll soon warm you up!
Our Dish of the Month is a Christmas classic! Sample our Boozy Sherry Trifle throughout December from our festive menu. This traditionally British dessert is packed full of flavour, from the fresh winter berries to the layer of sherry soaked sponge!
