The Lime Tree's very own farm menu

Summer is a special time at The Lime Tree with our garden terraces open for al fresco dining and much of our produce coming from our own farm a few miles away at Macclesfield Forest.

The quality and provenance of the produce we use in our kitchens has always been of paramount importance to chef owner Patrick Hannity. In 2009 he purchased Hardingland Farm for the sole purpose of supplying lamb, rare breed pork, duck and hens eggs, and other seasonal produce to our restaurants in Didsbury, Manchester and Bollington, Cheshire.

To celebrate this seasons produce from the farm we will be offering a special Hardingland Farm Menu, which will be available in both restaurants throughout August!
