100 new spirits are now available at The Met
The Met is proud to announce around 100 new spirits are now available from their bar! If you're spoilt for choice, why not choose one of our spirits of the week? All our new spirits are also available on our popular outside bar, great for that summer cocktail.
We are also excited to be stocking Mobberley Ales direct from their Cheshire brewery. We have one of their pale ales, Whirlybird, and then a rich amber, full bodied best bitter, BarnBuster ~ come & try! http://mobberleyfineales.co.uk/.
As its Summer, our new Summer Menus are now available, our Conservatory Menu is available evenings only in our restaurant or our Bar Menu is available all day and in the bar during the evenings too. Head Chef, Chris, has provided some exciting, brand new seasonal dishes, with of course, the good old Met classics!! Our favourite dishes? Well tricky to choose but perhaps the Pan seared scallops with black pudding & apple purée from our Conservatory Evening Menu, From our Bar Menu? Ploughmans platter with homemade paté, scotch egg, carved ham, Cheddar & Stilton, homemade chutney & pickled grapes. Don't forget to save some room for dessert ~ Lemon curd, genoa cake & meringue with poached berries & mint sugar is our favourite pud.
