Signature Cocktail: Piccadilly Lounge
In line with their new cocktail list of the month and cocktail classes, the ever-popular Piccadilly Lounge within Doubletree by Hilton Piccadilly have been good enough to show off their latest creation; Aston Martin!
As refined as the car and as classic as the original drink, this is their remake of the famous Vesper Martini.
“Three measures of Gordon's, one of vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet. Shake it very well until it's ice-cold, then add a large thin slice of lemon peel.” As Gordon’s has changed in strength and Kina Lillet no longer exists they shake Plymouth Smooth gin with Vodka and a dash of Noilly Pratt.
Available for both residents and non-residents, these fabulous drinks go very well with the live music which is held every first Friday of the month by Rick Whitehead!
