The Pen Factory is Hope Street's latest addition, brought to you by innovators of the original Everyman Bistro; culinary entrepreneur Paddy Byrne and award winning Head Chef Tom Gill.

Serving food throughout the day, from breakfast pastries in the morning to a seasonal small plate/tapas style menu into the evening. Designed with an open kitchen and larder, The Pen Factory also serves a wide range of specially selected cask ales, true continental lagers and an extensive wine selection serving all wines by the glass plus a bespoke seasonal cocktail list.

Next door to the Everyman Theatre, the menu is equally designed for a swift lunch, leisurely evening meal or a drink with friends.
