The Brasserie is located on the ground floor of the North Wing of the Hotel with its modern décor and diverse menu; it is a great location for anything from a business meeting to a relaxed meal for two. Moored outside the hotel is the L'eau T Cuisine Broadbeam Restaurant Cruiser. All food served onboard is prepared in the Hotel's kitchen. The Starter Course is served. You sail away, then return for the main course.
