turned up at the club last Friday after reading the reviews, the club was empty and locked up as if there had been a quick exit. any ideas what happened.

Dined here as a foursome on Saturday 22nd April. The restaurant is situated on the ground floor of a redeveloped grain mill by the side of the canal in Chester. The interior is very tastefully appointed....leather suites and stripped floors in the bar with a laid back atmosphere to match. The front of house of house guys were attentive and very professional.The food was excellent and well presented. After 10pm the bar area is converted into a mini disco playing music mainly from the 70's which if you are ladies and gents of a certain age will suit you fine ! Luckily we were all of that certain age. This place oozes class - the only downside was the long wait to be seated - 8.30 pm booking and still waiting to be seated at 9.15 pm. This was a far superior experience than its sister restaurant in Chester Pastarazzi.Well done Club Globe !!
