Countries such as India, Sri lanka, Malaysia, Burma, Vietnam, Thailand and Africa were visited to bring fresh ideas and unusual recipes. Each dish is authentically prepared with freshly ground spices and herbs as it would be in its native land and creates the unique flavours of the region.
