First visit to Sheldrakes and we were certainly in for a treat! The views were certainly to dine for looking over the Welsh Clywdian Mountain range and watching the wildlife over the Dee estuary on a beautiful day. However I must say the food rivalled the view! An extensive al a carte menu with a few bistro dishes for those who couldn't manage too much, sharing starters presented beautifully and tasted even better! Very much looking forward to visiting again!

Total Score:
Fantastic location, very mediteranean in ambience, decor etc - faultless. Staff very attentive, polite and courteuos. Sunday carvery - very average (had better in local pub) and somewhat disappointing that there wasn;t a more 'homemade' feel about it. But £14.95 can't complain!

8 of us went on Sunday for a birthday meal. 4 course carvery was £14.95. Soup was delicious, then a self serve salad. Carvery was to die for, as were the sweets - banoffee cheesecake was a winner. Would definitely return soon!
