Went for anniversary with girlfriend, definitely one of the best restaurants in the area, great food and worth a visit.

what a brilliant experience. how delightful to stroll down lark lane and to encounter the scents pouring out from chilli banana. it was a lure we could not resist. inside, a clean and warm environment filled with smiles, accomodating service and delectable starters, mains and drinks. the jasmine tea is one of the best i have ever supped. beautifully fresh food, intricately carved vegetables and a flair for aesthetically pleasing presentations. not only a gastronomical delight, but an overall experience that is affordable, encouraging subsequent trips in the future. many thanks to the staff for allowing us to dine without a reservation, despite our rain-soaked appearance and obvious unprepared dinner attire.

We invited a large party of friends to the Chilli Banana, many of whom had never tried Thai food before. By the end of the evening they were all converted! Everyone was absolutely knocked out by the delicious food and all are looking forward to their next visit. Despite the restaurant being packed with diners, service was swift and carried out with good humour and lots of smiles! We have now eaten at all three Chilli Bananas and cannot fault any of them. They all offer the perfect Asian dining experience.
