From summer 2007 dining at Holiday Inn Glasgow-East Kilbride will be a whole new culinary experience with the introduction of the La Bonne Auberge Bistro. A concept started in 1975 by renowned restaurateur and hotelier Maurice Taylor, La Bonne Auberge aims to build on the successes of the well established venues in Glasgow city centre as well as Edinburgh Airport and deliver casual, relaxed dining with a hint of French flare to the restaurant scene in East Kilbride.
