Our party of 21 ate here at 7.30pm on Saturday 19th July 2008. Four of the party were members of Trafford Curry Club who had never visited the Kulshi because of the self service buffet. How mistaken we were! The premises used to be an old billiard hall and the high ornate ceiling and spacious surroundings make this a perfect setting for a group function or a romantic meal for two. We went for the self service help yourself buffett and we were very impressed! Over 20 different courses of starters and mains with a seperate salad bar! Everything is catered for under one roof which is ideal for those who are not sure what to order. For those who like it hot there is a choice of Rogan Josh, Madras and Jalfreizi and there is also an excellent choice for vegetarians. Sweets including ice cream is also thrown in at no extra charge. They have a good selection of drinks including Draught Stella Artois, Kingfisher, Cobra and Boddingtons Bitter and all are reasonably priced.. We had four bottles of wine as well and the total bill for 16 adults and 5 children including the wine came to less than £240! This is amazing value for a veritable feast! Everyone left satisfied with a full stomach and we will definately be visiting this excellent restaurant again. The Saturday that we visited was very busy and it was good to see a large number of Asian people eating in the restaurant which had a real good family atmosphere. The kids loved it too which is always a bonus. There is a very good selection of desserts to round off the evening. All in all we were very impressed. If you have tried Akbars in Manchester then you will love the Kulshi. A lovely restaurant, excellent food, pleasant very friendly staff, what more can you ask for £10 a head. For those who do not want the buffettt they also have an excellent a la carte menu. The toilets were also very clean which shows a good standard of hygiene. Anyone who visits the Kulshi will definately go again. Thank you Kulshi for a lovely evening.

We have visited many times for the buffet and last week went for the a la carte. It was stunning, the service was fab, the food was divine. We cant recommend this place enough, they also have two for one offers via their website for mid week dining. I think local people should support local restaurants and this one is worth shouting about.
