The Armless Dragon puts an innovative slant on Modern Welsh cuisine. Wherever possible, the food is local, seasonal and organic, combining to offer such delights as smoked Monmouthshire chicken with avocado and Carmarthen ham crisps, skate wing with cockle and leek sauce or sirloin of Welsh Black Beef with mushrooms, roast tomatoes, onions and potato gratin. Desserts are a sumptuous outing, including Bara Brith bread and butter pudding. The atmosphere is laid-back allowing you to simply enjoy your food.
