Stylish wooden booths and striped banquettes bask below atmospheric, overhead lighting, close to the bar and the separate smokers and non-smokers terraces. For private dining, there are four Grey Goose rooms that can be part of the restaurant's bustle or be screened off with walnut doors. The food is modern and exciting; you might try crab with mango, avocado and cherry tomato sauce or broad bean and pea risotto or even the restaurant's signature dish of Devonshire Terrace sausages with purple mash and onions. The wine list is wide-ranging to complement the various cooking styles and a three-course meal here should cost around £45 per person.
