About Falcon Hotel

Located in the centre of Carmarthen, the Falcon Hotel and Restaurant is an active member of the Taste of Wales which is reflected in its modern Welsh menu. Locally sourced seasonal produce features strongly such as the Glazed Pant Ysgawn Goat?s Cheese starter (£4.75) or the Panclawdd Cockles Au Gratin (£5.75). Mains include Rump of Towy Valley Lamb (£16.95), Chargrilled Sirloin of Welsh Black Beef (£17.95) or a Medley of Salmon and Seabass with a dill and lemon butter (£15.95). Vegetarians? may have to be content with a starter and a platter of excellent Welsh Cheeses such as the Cenarth Perl Las and Perl Wen cheeses (£5.50) or indulge in a Bara Brith and Butter Pudding (£4.50). A wide selection of quality wines is available from their wine list.
