About Jimmy's
Situated at the World's End area of King's Road Jimmy's jazzies up British retro cuisine with carefully sourced regional seasonal ingredients. Its interior is light and bright and very '80's with large mirrors, cream leather upholstery and crystal lights. Starters include Nettle soup (£6.50) Pot of Cockles and Clams and Miniature Lamb Pudding both at £8.95. Mains include Lasagna of Aubergine, Courgette and Beef Tomato (£13.50), Poached Turbot with Samphire (£18.50) and Quail with Black Pudding (£17.50). Puddings are gloriously nostalgic like their Lemon Meringue Tart (£6). The Sunday Lunch Menu has a range of brunchy egg dishes like Eggs Benedict (£6.50) as well as three different roasts (£14.50) including Loin of Gloucester Pork with Crackling which can be washed down with a bottle of wine from their extensive list.
