The Welsh Dragon is breathing fire again, thanks to the Mango House in Cardiff. Housed in what was the Grand Hotel, the restaurant has seen the building transform into an elegant Indian restaurant of the first order. The menu offers freshly prepared dishes that use locally-sourced ingredients to produce dishes such as the kebab cocktail, prawns with mushrooms in a seafood sauce, a plethora of vegetarian dishes, tiger prawn aloo, lamb keema and peas curry, baltis biryanis and much, much more. Three courses of this first-class cooking cost an average of £25 per person.
