Serving French inspired food this small family run restaurant has a creative and seasonal menu including signature starters such as Mushroom Basket, a Parmesan filo basket filled with sautéed mushrooms in sherry cream (£5.25) There are some fabulous veggie mains such as Stuffed Mushroom and Potato Dauphinois (£9.95) and Vegetarian Wellington with mango risotto (£9.95), carnivores can tuck into a classic Coin of Chateaubriand with truffle oil (£18.95) and for fish lovers Halibut provençal with citrus mash (£16.95). The Sunday menu has Starters and Dessert courses all at £3 including their famous Passion Fruit crème brulee, and mains to suit all from Peppered Fillet of Roast beef with all the trimmings, to Lemon Sole (all £9). A carefully chosen wine list from around the globe complements this Gallic inspired menu.
