If the atmosphere in London's Islington seems a little European of late, some thanks must go to the chef at Morgan M's restaurant, where he was voted to be one of the top three in the capital. Oak floors, frosted glass and comfortable armchairs create a warm environment in which to dine. The modern French menu offers stunning food such as a snail ravioli in red wine jus, mullet with squid, dried tomato, fennel, saffron and a lemon broth and rabbit with sage and Israeli couscous. The desserts are even more astounding and at an average of £55 per person for a three-course meal, all we can say is: bon appetit.
