Hidden away amongst the residential streets of Pimlico, Michelin-starred Roussillon is a masterclass in fine Gallic dining. An air of quiet sophistication pervades the restaurant, from the understated interior to the eclectic 400-plus bins wine list. The cuisine is robustly modern French, with an excellent range of menus including a pioneering vegetarian-friendly seasonal Garden menu and a Flower menu of different petals and essences during the Chelsea Flower Show in May.
