The Taman Gang restaurant has made its home in London's prestigious Mayfair and it is appropriately upmarket. The low lighting sets off the luxurious décor of hand-crafted tiles, gold lined candle niches and silk drapes. The menu is equally stylish, offering an enticing selection of Pan Asian dishes such as soft shell crab tempura, lamb with champagne soy and Merlot black pepper beef. The wine list seems to have selections from most of the major wine-producing countries and with three courses costing an average of £50 per person, this is one gang worth joining.
