About The Restaurant at the Old Mill
Nestled in the Harnham water meadows, The Old Mill in West Harnham is a listed building constructed around 1500 as England's first paper mill. The three mill races can still be seen today, with a waterwheel inside the restaurant and a viewing panel for diners to watch the river flowing beneath them. The well-proportioned dining room serves a modern European menu in a calm and relaxing environment, with a riverside garden for al fresco meals and a handsome traditional flagstone bar. An ideal spot for visitors to Stonehenge and the historic city of Salisbury.
