Vasco and Piero's Pavilion Restaurant is an established Soho favourite in media, arts, fashion and political circles, and has been since it opened in 1971. This warm and homely restaurant serves up uncomplicated central Italian cuisine, with fresh pasta made on the premises and a menu that changes twice a day. Many ingredients are imported directly from Umbria, with truffles a particular favourite.
