'Balle-Balle' is an Indian slang for celebration! This term has come from North Indian state of Punjab. People there yell 'Balle-Balle' when they are happy for anything – big or small.

Our special mix of spices for individual dishes are prepared by grinding whole spices in-house & used by our Chefs in your local kitchen. Our chefs extract natural colours from ingredients and do not use any artificial colouring agents. All our dishes are prepared using only the 'gravies' cooked in-house.

Housed in a large traditional brick warehouse our bistro has a Bar Lounge in the lower floor, 100 cover restaurant and dance floor on the ground floor, outside seating, easily accessible location & a private car park & if that is not all - a live interactive kitchen & a very warm and friendly service.
