WOW. I've been for a lot of meals out but this has to beat them all on the quality of food. It was clear that each and every dish was meticulously cooked to order. I have never tasted such delicious non-greasy fried rice, and the foo-young made with egg whites only was out of this world. The mixed veg was crunchy. Nothing was over-salted so you didn't need to drink pints of water to recover, and you could detect each and every ingredient, the flavours were so well balanced and nothing overpowered anything else.
