Arrived in time to have a pre meal drink in a nice open bar area. Surroundings have a cowboy ranch theme and set the right mood for the night ahead. The set up of the meal is usual Rodizio style and the buffet had different choices than other similar restaurants that we have been to. I enjoyed the various bean salads whilst my wife liked the cooked meats and sauces. We were warned before the meat arrived that it would be medium rare but to alert the chefs if we preferred it done more. This reminder was repeated several times during the night. We had a lovely bottle of wine ( a little pricey but you get what you pay for). The various meats were tasty and although some were a bit bloody for our taste it did not detract from a great night in fantastic surroundings. Would like to come back as part of a larger group to sample the atmosphere again.
