About Cafe Fude
Acclaimed chef Sion Newton has a wide and varied knowledge of the food experience. Aged 35 and with a commendable history as a pastry chef and head chef behind him, and earning for himself a listing in the Good Food Guide at Cheshire's Frogg Manor, he has now opened his own Gastro Cafe entitled FUDE in Boughton, Chester.

Very good food & atmosphere: MUCH more than a basic cafe, Sion's food is delicious and varied and well priced. They have catered a dinner party for me (great success) on the premises and a drinks & canapes party for 70 elsewhere. Strongly recommend the cafe and catering service: both v. good and value for money.
