Stewart St John has overseen the success of some of the best known and loved eateries in these parts having worked at The Armadillo, The Ziba, The Stables and Sir Thomas' hotel restaurant, St John's, which still carries his moniker.

Stepping back from that kind of high profile name check, the talented patron is now donning his whites for a more personal project, The Grill Room, an intimate bar and restaurant on the borders of West Derby.
