Molly's new South American chef, has worked in Italy and Spain, Australia and the US, in cities as far apart as Miami and Melbourne...and now Manchester! He brings over 10 years of professional cooking experience rooted in his Ecuadorian upbringing. However, his recipes are playful and fun, and reflect the rich tapestry of food cultures he has been influenced by.

Molly serves only the finest tapas made with the highest quality ingredients. And in the spirit of continental authenticity, Molly encourages her guests to enjoy them leisurely with friends over a few drinks at the bar.

Tapas available Mon - Fri from 5pm - 10pm and weekends from 1pm - 10pm.
