On my 2 recent visits I had the new lunchtime offers. I tried first the Indian tapas one week which were extremely fresh-tasting and a really good, novel idea with chapati, chickpeas and salad with chicken kebab. Highly recommended for £4.20 and it won't break the bank, particularly with a drink included. My next visit was the following week and this time I opted for the 3 course lunch as I had an emptier stomach. Again the food was excellent with a choice of lamb, chicken or prawns and rogan josh,madras or bhuna curries. I opted for the lamb bhuna (2 more lamb bhunas here Mr Kay!!) and wasn't disappointed along with popadom and choice of boiled or pilau rice or chips along with the obligatory dish. All was freshly prepared again and spicy without being overpowering. Dave and his brother Tim are the friendly joint owners. Dave has been known to strum up business in the street complete with his lunchtime offers, shouting out "table for one/two?". Next time the wife and son deserve to come- it really is that good!!!!

Very friendly and helpful. The food was extremely good. My family have a very diverse taste in curries and the Spice Garden had plenty to accommodate our tastes. I will definately be using this establishment again. Well worth the travel, eventhough i have curry houses coming out of my ears in Eccles.

Went to Spice Garden following a recommendation from a family friend. Interior is plain but clean, and there is a very friendly welcome from all the staff. The menu is varied, covering the usual classic Indian dishes, through to the less well known Nepalese. Meals include some fish dishes. A takeaway service is available. Try the Gurkali Chicken, mmm I shall retrun!
