About The Boot Inn

Open all day, every day a lot of the dishes are made with local produce, adding to the quality of the food served.

Among the dishes on the set menu are braised lamb chops in a minted gravy, pan fried chicken in a mushroom white wine sauce and sauté loin of pork in a creamy cider sauce.

There is also a wide selection of homemade desserts, including pineapple syrup steamed pudding and baileys cheesecake.

There are many changing ales for customers to enjoy too.

On the a la carte menu main dishes include pan fried duck breast cooked in a cherry and port sauce and pan cooked prime sirloin steak and more traditional dishes, including steak and kidney pie.

Vegetarians are well catered for and there is a special luncheon menu with all dishes freshly prepared.

There is also an array of fish and pasta dishes as well as a special kids menu and snack and lite bite menu.

A really good meal and service. Had a three course meal. Usually don't bother with dessert, but could not resist. Steak and Ale pie was lovely. Starter of mushroom, Stilton, walnuts and salad greens was great. Reasonable price too. Please everyone, don't go and spoil a good thing.
